Terms of service.

These terms govern use of AIPI's website, local companion, cloud account, hosted MCP service, and related integrations.

Use of AIPI

You may use AIPI only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You are responsible for the repositories, APIs, accounts, credentials, and data you connect, and for reviewing changes or external actions before they are executed.

Accounts and access

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Access is limited to data authorized for the signed-in account and its organizations. Do not bypass security controls, probe other users' data, disrupt the service, or use AIPI to introduce malicious code or traffic.

Developer workflow

AIPI provides evidence, diagnostics, contract checks, and workflow assistance. Results can be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace code review, testing, security review, or professional judgment. You remain responsible for changes made to software and systems.

Availability and changes

Features may change as AIPI evolves. AIPI may suspend access to protect the service, users, or third parties, or when these terms are violated. Material updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Ownership and feedback

You retain rights in your content. AIPI and its licensors retain rights in the service. If you provide feedback, AIPI may use it to improve the product without an obligation to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AIPI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by law.
