Local-first processing
The AIPI companion is designed to process source code, API credentials, request payloads, response bodies, logs, and local evidence on your machine. Local data is not sent to AIPI's hosted services unless you intentionally use a cloud feature that requires it.
Cloud information
When you create or use an AIPI cloud account, AIPI processes account identifiers, authentication data supplied by the identity provider, organization membership, and the contract metadata or audit events you choose to store. The public plugin's remote MCP tools operate only on data available to the authenticated account.
Service and security data
AIPI's hosting providers may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and operational logs for delivery, abuse prevention, reliability, and security. AIPI does not sell personal information or use private repository content to train models.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by infrastructure and authentication providers that operate the service, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Cloud records are retained while needed to provide the service and according to configured organization retention settings where available.
Your choices
You can use the local companion without cloud pairing, disconnect the plugin, and request account or cloud-data deletion. Organization owners control shared workspace records and retention settings.
Contact
